Dinner Concert Raises Record-Breaking Funds

Debussy Quartet at Wild Rice Retreat

Debussy Quartet at Wild Rice Retreat
Madeline Island Chamber Music’s Dinner Concert & Celebration raised $70,000 for student scholarships and fellowships, the most ever raised at this annual event. Held at Wild Rice Retreat in Bayfield, the Dinner Concert featured performances by the indomitable Brooklyn Rider as well as a Fellowship String Quartet, one of our advanced student quartets. The live auction and fund-a-need auction sparked lively bidding amongst the sold-out crowd. The evening was a celebration of music and Madeline Island Chamber Music’s role in inspiring the next generation of musicians.
